The Box Office Attendant at Desert Diamond Arena is responsible for assisting patrons with ticket distribution via ticket purchase or picking up tickets previously arranged (will call).  This position also provides general information pertaining to Desert Diamond Arena as well as the events taking place at the Arena. These transactions should be provided in a friendly and accurate manner while maintaining a professional appearance with constant consideration being given to customer satisfaction

Job Responsibilities:

Service Guests in a friendly and professional mannerAssist guest with ticket purchases using Desert Diamond Arena’s software of choiceAccurate distribution of will call tickets to guests for various eventsAssist guests with general information regarding Desert Diamond Arena – i.e., event availability, event pricing, seat selection, event scheduling, general parking information, etc.Accurately reconcile all sales and will call receiptsInteract in a professional manner when dealing with other building staff, clients, guests, supervisors and corporate staff

Qualifications:

A minimum education level of Highschool Diploma or its equivalencyMinimum of 0-1 years’ work experienceMust be 18 years of age or olderMust be able to work in a fast paced environmentMust be ablet o accurately and efficiently deal with large quantities of cash or other payment methodsMust exhibit excellent communication and customer service skillsMust have an understanding or have the ability to learn basic computer skills and Desert Diamond Arena’s Ticketing PlatformMust also have the ability to work varied shifts with can include weekdays, evenings, weekends and holidaysPrevious experience in retail, customer service or live event/entertainment ticketing space preferred but is not required
