THE ROLE   

The Ticket Service Representative will be a dynamic, interactive role within the San Diego FC service team. The role will focus on the guest experience and how the guest relates to the San Diego F.C. game experience. This position disseminates information and ticket options with the ability to up sell product.

 ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through strategic, well-executed touchpoints, resulting in client retention year after year. Identify new revenue opportunities through cross-selling, upselling, referrals, and self-prospecting strategies. Create and implement comprehensive service plans for clients, ensuring top-tier guest services. This includes fulfilling contract obligations, offering ancillary value-added programs, and maintaining regular and timely communication for all sports and entertainment events. Serve as the primary point of contact for managing client expectations and addressing service needs. Collect and document relevant information and photos throughout the year for end-of-year recap. Develop and manage promotions such as player visits, hospitality experiences, and exclusive events. Oversee the execution of member benefits, including special in-game and non-game day requests, and other exclusive offerings. Implement and fulfill individual game ticket requests as needed. Ensure all client questions, requests, logistics, and complaints are resolved promptly and efficiently.

 QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 1year of progressively responsible experience in sales and customer service. Strong integrity and commitment to ethical standards. Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with all departments and colleagues in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and record-keeping. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Strong ability to deliver exceptional customer service. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Archtics and salesforce are a plus. Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Multi-lingual capabilities a plus. COMPENSATION

Competitive hourly range $20.00 - $23.00 per hour + bonus potential, and a generous benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401k plan.
