Responsibilities
+ Preparation of ticket sales reports and forwarding to agents in accordance with agreed schedule
+ Preparing and forwarding venue maps detailing seats sold/comped/held/unsold, camera positions, etc.
+ Preparing and submitting manifests in accordance with requirements
+ Setting up new shows for sale, to include prices for seats and pricebreak maps as well as the circulation to Ticketmaster/Live Nation as required
+ Providing updates to relevant agents/management on ticket sales and trends
+ Determination of ticket hold requirements, monitor and reduce/release (as/when appropriate)
+ Ensuring effective monitoring and communication of ticket holds – including Platinum and VIP (at appropriate times) to allow for timely sale of surplus tickets
+ Review, development and enhancement of ticket coordination to optimise revenues and minimise potential for loss of sales
Skills and Knowledge Requirements
+ Prior ticketing experience preferable
+ Strong time management and task prioritisation abilities
+ Flexibility, resourcefulness and a high level of creativity
+ Excellent written and oral communication skills
+ Natural interpersonal and communicative abilities
+ Strong organisation skills/experience
