Responsibilities
Preparation of ticket sales reports and forwarding to agents in accordance with agreed schedulePreparing and forwarding venue maps detailing seats sold/comped/held/unsold, camera positions, etc.Preparing and submitting manifests in accordance with requirementsSetting up new shows for sale, to include prices for seats and pricebreak maps as well as the circulation to Ticketmaster/Live Nation as requiredProviding updates to relevant agents/management on ticket sales and trendsDetermination of ticket hold requirements, monitor and reduce/release (as/when appropriate)Ensuring effective monitoring and communication of ticket holds – including Platinum and VIP (at appropriate times) to allow for timely sale of surplus ticketsReview, development and enhancement of ticket coordination to optimise revenues and minimise potential for loss of salesSkills and Knowledge Requirements
Prior ticketing experience preferableStrong time management and task prioritisation abilitiesFlexibility, resourcefulness and a high level of creativityExcellent written and oral communication skillsNatural interpersonal and communicative abilitiesStrong organisation skills/experienceEqual Opportunities
