As a Ticketing Executive, you’ll join our highly skilled team, providing outstanding service to our corporate business clients. We’re most proud of our warm and inclusive culture, innovation in the travel tech space, internal promotions, and career advancement opportunities.

What You’ll Do
Ticket issue both point to point and sophisticated itinerary routing for international marketRe issuance of ticket for any changes/ amendment cause after ticketedIssue invoice and verify card charge through Electronic Data Capture (EDC) machineUnderstanding Market and Corporate Fares for our ClientsGain knowledge and adherence to clients procedures, programs and policy guidelinesBuild and maintain good working relationships with airlines and suppliersProcess refund ticketWhat We’re Looking For
At least 2 years of proven experience in Travel and /or Airlines industryHands on knowledge of GDS system – AmadeusTicketing experience with international, domestic and Low Cost AirlinesGood understanding in international travel requirements and ticketing fare knowledgeStrong communication skills in English and ThaiWork under pressure and multi-task while maintaining professional rapport with airlinesSelf motivated with ability to work independently with minimum supervision
