Team Submarine’s Submarine COLUMBIA Class Program Office is responsible for:
The construction of COLUMBIA Class submarines, financial and budget management, shipyard support of submarines, vendor support of submarines, logistical support, quality assurance (SUBSAFE), and post-delivery submarine certifications and test programs.
The Team Submarine concept unifies once diverse submarine-related activities into a single submarine-centric organization with the goal of eliminating traditional stovepipe structures and processes that created impediments and inefficiencies in the submarine research, development, acquisition, and maintenance communities. Team Submarine provides improved communication among the various offices that contribute to the overall success of the United States Submarine Force.
In this role, you will:
Support PMS397 evaluation of existing and proposed TIE processes and procedures.Timely Identification to 397 Management issues that create roadblocks or need resolution in the TIE process. This also includes identifying areas where you need training or help in coordinating or tracking the status of personnel during the TIE process. Work with 397 Management to facilitate timely decisions in review and adjudication of all TIE products issues and documents. Document all TIE agreements and process changes in communications supporting the Government TIE processes.Prepare and route internal and external applications involved in the TIE process including NMCI Accounts, Common Access Cards, NAVSEA building access, seating at NAVSEA and Laptops and other NAVSEA assets.Track and update each personnel status.Gather and then disseminate incoming and outgoing personnel lists and the organizational chart.Establish and maintain effective relationships with the program manager, deputy program manager, PAPMs, Ship Design Manager and/or government lead personnel.Maintain awareness of incoming personnel milestones.Assist in the development of internal TIE policies including a TIE awareness program and provide training/documentation as necessary to ensure personnel are informed of latest approved policies/procedures.The ability to understand, summarize, communicate and document any issues for Government management.Performs additional TIE related duties and responsibilities as assigned.The ability to work with minimal supervision.Proficiency in preparing, selecting, organizing, and presenting information concisely.Ability to work well within a time sensitive environment.Responsible for Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) submissions and onboarding tracking. QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will have:
A current DoD Secret security clearance or the ability to obtain one.A Highschool Diploma/GED, plus 2 to 4 years experience.An advanced MS Office skillset to include Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Teams.Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment accepting emergent tasking with little to no supervision and/or direction. Able to work both independently and within large team environments.Discretion in performing specified work requirements.Outstanding written and oral communication skills to communicate effectively and build strong working relationships with a vast team of diverse professionals.Attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines, as well as work independently and with sufficient knowledge to present projects to senior management.10% travel required.Additional desired experience and skills:
Active-duty experience in submarine service.3 years’ experience personnel TIE coordination activities, Informational Security and Document Control.Experience supporting a NAVSEA Program Office.

In compliance with state and local laws regarding pay transparency, the salary range for this role is $84,842.18 to $137,867.51; however, Serco considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
