Position: Tier 1-2 IT Support
Location: Des Moines, IA (Hybrid)
Duration: 2-year Contract
This is a hybrid role, requiring four days in-office once the candidate is up to speed and meeting performance expectations, with the potential to transition to a standard three-day in-office schedule at the manager's discretion.
This is a new two-year contract position with a pay rate of $30-35/hr, focused heavily on phone support, requiring strong customer service skills and ServiceNow ticketing experience. Responsibilities include handling calls, emails, walk-ups, and ServiceNow tickets, providing desk-side and conference room support, and assisting with hardware/software troubleshooting, documentation, and asset management. Candidates must be comfortable working in a high-volume, customer-facing environment.
