This is a high-level position requiring a decade or more of experience in an Akamai web services environment. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of all Akamai components and extensive web development experience specifically within the Akamai ecosystem. This role is focused on execution and implementation rather than design architecture. Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. Rate: $75 - $100 / hr. w2 **Responsibilities:** + Serve as a subject matter expert on all Akamai components, providing advanced technical support and solutions. + Implement and manage Akamai web and API services at the highest level. + Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless integration and operation of Akamai services. + Provide knowledge transfer and training to team members, fostering an open and collaborative environment. + Support 24x7 operations, including occasional assistance during third shifts and weekends, with flexibility in scheduling. + Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Akamai services promptly and efficiently. **Experience Requirements:** + 10+ years of experience working with Akamai web services. + Proven expertise in all Akamai components, with a strong focus on web and API services. + Extensive web development experience in an Akamai environment. + Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to knowledge sharing and team collaboration. + Flexibility to adjust work hours as needed to support 24x7 operations. _Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate.
