Tier 3 Support Analyst
Job Description

Our client is a large tier financial company that offers and promotes a broad range of financial products and services. There are approximately 979 stores in 22 states and the District of Columbia.

Right now, they are looking for a Tier 3 Support person. Ideally someone who is skilled with Windows, Cisco, TCP/IP, Azure AD, Group Policies, O365, M365, Exchange Online, and PowerShell. As well as maintain user lifecycle, perform hardware/software installations, perform troubleshooting, and improve IT systems/processes.

This is a 3–6-month contract-to-hire position. Onsite in Irving, Tx, a hybrid model of 3-4 days in office. Pay rate will be $32-35/hr.

Required Skills & Experience Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years of relevant experience in a customer focused position involving technical knowledge of a company’s products and services. Experience with Exchange and Active Directory Strong knowledge and experience with desktop software Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat Reader, and other software is required. Experience installing printers, including print server management, is required. Microsoft Operating System experience is required Strong problem-solving skillset are required.

Desired Skills & Experience Accredited technical certifications are preferred Experience with IBM/400 systems is preferred
What You Will Be Doing
Daily Responsibilities Responsible for supporting advanced technical issues for 500+ Corporate Staff, at both on-site and corporate office locations Tier 1-3 corporate technical support via phone, email, and ticketing system submissions. Troubleshoot a wide array of hardware and software related technical issues. User lifecycle maintenance (e.g. account creation/removal, unlock/reset, licensing, etc.). Install, configure, and replace hardware (e.g. printers, scanners, workstations, phones, etc.). Install, configure, and replace a wide array of software systems. Collaborate with Information Security and Infrastructure teams to ensure all systems are compliant with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards. Prepare written materials (e.g. procedures, system level documentation, reports, memos, letters, etc.) for the purpose of documenting activities, providing written reference, and/or conveying information. Consult with IT Management and other departments as needed.

The Offer $32-35/Hr. Hybrid
