Temp-to-Hire position$18.00 to $20.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 05:00am to 03:30pm)Perform TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and mild steel components according to specifications.Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and work orders accurately.Inspect and verify weld quality, ensuring finished products meet company and customer standards.Set up and maintain welding equipment for optimal performance and safety.Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety guidelines.TIG Welder Qualifications:
2+ years of TIG welding experience preferred.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Experience in metal fabrication or manufacturing environment is a plus.Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employmentWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
