Job Description
We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder with experience working on gas turbine alloys. The primary focus will be on TIG welding, with occasional MIG welding tasks.
ResponsibilitiesSet up and install welding equipment.Execute welding on gas turbine components as per the required technical specifications.Conduct quality checks on performed work before confirming operation steps.Prepare and confirm the required quality documentation.Report used production time per production step.Set up welding parameters, select consumable materials, and prepare workpieces for new welding process trials in collaboration with engineering staff.Design and fabricate welding fixtures, chill blocks, and purge boxes as required.Essential Skills2+ years of TIG welding experience working with stainless steel, carbon steel, pipe, and structural steel.Proficiency in TIG welding on various materials such as Nickel Alloys, Inconel, Haynes, cobalt, and stainless steel.Ability to read blueprints and experience in fabrication.Experience with precious metals.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with MIG welding, flux core welding, and fitting.Proficiency in blueprint reading and using a tape measure.Some experience with pneumatic tools, belting, and grinding is also helpful.Why Work Here?

Work Environment and Shift
This role is based in a warehouse environment with air conditioning.
Steel-toed shoes rated by ASTM F 2413-05 or ANSI Z41-1999 are required, offering impact/compression, electrical hazard, and static dissipative protection.
You will rotate between different departments to gain various skills.
The position offers two shifts: 1st shift from 5:30 am to 4:00 pm, and 2nd shift from 3:30 pm to 2:00 am.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Jupiter,FL.
