**Hiring TIG Welders in Denver, CO** As a Welder, you will be responsible for the custom fabrication of exhibit components utilizing wood, plastic, laminates, and metal. You will fabricate exhibit and tradeshow booths under the direction of the Shop Manager, and work on assigned fabrication projects to support exhibit assets. You will assist with exhibit development and lead the carpentry aspect of the fabrication process. Additionally, you will construct carts and/or crates to ensure the safe transportation of exhibitions and adapt to changing priorities as they dynamically shift. The role requires handling heights, ladder work, and carrying heavy equipment manually or using necessary equipment as applicable. **Pay: $20.00hr - $26.00hr (based on experience/opportunity for advancement)** **Shift: 1st, Monday-Friday, 6:00AM-4:30PM, Saturdays as needed** **Job Responsibilities:** + Custom fabrication of exhibit components utilizing wood, plastic, laminates, and metal. + Fabricate exhibit and tradeshow booths under the direction of the Shop Manager. + Work with the Shop Manager on assigned fabrication projects to support exhibit assets. + Assist with exhibit development and lead the carpentry aspect of the fabrication process. + Construct carts and/or crates to ensure the safe transportation of exhibitions. + Adaptability and ability to change priorities as they dynamically shift. + Handle heights as necessary; ladder work is common. + Carry heavy equipment manually or using necessary equipment as applicable. **Qualifications:** + 5+ years of experience in metal fabrication. + Must have aluminum TIG, steel MIG, and stick welding experience. + Ability to perform physical activities such as lifting equipment, bending, standing, climbing, or walking. + Basic set of tools and welding gear. + Ability to read and understand CAD drawings, blueprints, and diagrams. + Adherence to quality building standards and specifications. + Basic knowledge of math and measurements. + Proficiency with hand tools and tape measure. **Work Environment** + Shop environment doing various construction tasks with a team of 5-10 onsite. + Expected hours are 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday, and Saturday as needed. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
