**Job Title: TIG Welder** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in TIG welding on stainless steel, cobalt, and nickel. This position requires precision and attention to detail to ensure high-quality welds. **Responsibilities** + Perform TIG welding on stainless steel, cobalt, and nickel. + Read and interpret blueprints to determine welding requirements. + Ensure all welds meet quality standards and pass inspections. + Maintain a clean and safe work environment. + Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time. **Essential Skills** + Ability to pass TIG weld test with no burn-throughs. + 2+ years of TIG Welding experience or certification from an accredited school. + Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience welding on BBQ pits, trailers, and similar items. **Why Work Here?** Join a team that values craftsmanship and precision. The work involves TIG welding on various items such as BBQ pits and trailers. The environment is focused on safety and maintaining high-quality standards. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, Texas. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
