Time And Attendance Analyst
Job Title: Time and Attendance Analyst Responsibilities + Manage the ticketing system for various sites. + Oversee time and attendance through 'Vantage' timekeeping 'e-time'. + Update and audit time cards through the system. + Provide tier 3 support to end users of time & attendance, acting as a liaison between end users and Third-party Support. + Troubleshoot issues, solve problems, resolve conflicts, report, and conduct end-user training. + Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for ADP eTime and provide timely user support. + Create functional/technical specifications, training guides, SOPs, and process documentation. + Monitor data integrations to time & attendance software and make necessary updates to ensure data integrity. + Perform testing for all system upgrades/enhancements. + Ensure timely updates to Time & Attendance rules/policies for seamless payroll processing. + Create vendor relationships to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions. + Test processes to create a best-in-class Payroll/HR operations platform and an excellent associate experience. + Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity through testing of system changes and report writing. + Work with ADP to create new pay rules, accrual policies, and other configuration needs according to FLSA laws or Union requirements. + Maintain documentation of system configuration and administrative changes. + Develop and manage special projects as identified by the Payroll/HRIS Systems Manager. + Perform other related duties as assigned. Essential Skills + Experience with payroll and ADP software. + Knowledge of FLSA and Union overtime laws. + Proficiency in timekeeping and attendance tracking software. + Experience in Payroll and/or HR. + Excel skills, including Pivot Tables & VLOOKUPS. + Experience with Microsoft Access. + Familiarity with Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), specifically for California. + Understanding of accruals and overtime calculations in time cards. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $65.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
