This job is based in **Cluj-Napoca, Romania.**
We provide a flexible working schedule with the option of **working hybrid.**
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Analyze existing time and attendance processes for optimization and automation.
+ Collaborate with the Director of Payroll to establish global time and attendance policies.
+ Assist in defining a strategic roadmap for time and attendance solutions.
+ Define modules for accurate tracking, scheduling, and reporting.
+ Manage configuration, testing, data migration, and post-go-live support.
+ Develop user guides and conduct training sessions for end-users.
+ Oversee vendor relationships and monitor service agreements.
+ Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
+ Stay updated on industry trends to recommend system enhancements.
**For This Role You Will Need:**
+ Minimum of 3 years experience with different time and attendance systems such as: UKG Kronos, Gaia, Ceridian Dayforce, Local Systems.
+ Experience leading and aligning global teams with multiple functions.
+ Experience with time and attendance systems integration with payroll vendors for successful end to end payroll processing.
+ Proficient understanding of workforce management processes, including time and attendance, scheduling, labor management, and reporting.
+ Proficient in system configuration and customization of time and attendance technologies.
+ Superb communication skills with the ability to train users effectively.
+ Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
+ Fluent in the English language
**Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:**
+ 5 years of demonstrable experience in time and attendance systems management or payroll processing.
+ Strong analytical skills with a focus on process improvement.
