As a Time and Attendance Product Owner you are responsible for the strategic roadmap, design, development, implementation, and support of global time and attendance products and systems.
Planning and Coordination
Conduct thorough analysis of existing time and attendance processes and workflows to identify areas for standardization, optimization and automation.
Support Director of Payroll to set common global, region and country time and attendance policies
Support Director of Payroll to define streamlined global time and attendance strategic future state roadmap to deliver effective solutions aligned with organizational goals
Product Development, Usage Adoption and Maintenance
Define time and attendance modules and functionality based on business requirements, ensuring accurate and efficient time and attendance tracking, scheduling, labor management, and reporting.
Manage time and attendance requirements, configuration, testing, data migration, cutover, and post go live support.
Collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to ensure successful integration with existing systems and applications.
Develop comprehensive documentation, user guides, and training materials to support the ongoing usage of time and attendance systems.
Conduct training sessions and provide end-user support to ensure tools are used accurately and maximize user adoption.
Serve as the point of contact for all project-related communications
Report on project progress, risks, and any changes in scope to stakeholders and senior management
Continuous Improvement
Oversee vendor relationships, service reviews, enhancement opportunities, and monitor service level agreements.
Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in time and attendance technology, recommending enhancements and system optimizations.
Supporting and maintaining applications: Ensuring that access control and time and attendance applications are supported, maintained, and enhanced.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 3+ years (5+ years preferred) experience with different time and attendance systems such as: UKG Kronos, Gaia, Ceridian Dayforce, Local Systems.
Experience leading and aligning global cross functional teams.
Experience with time and attendance systems integration with payroll vendors for successful end to end payroll processing.
Strong understanding of workforce management processes, including time and attendance, scheduling, labor management, and reporting.
Proficient in system configuration and customization of time and attendance technologies.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities and develop effective solutions.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage stakeholder expectations.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and end-users.
Ability to provide training, user support, and documentation to ensure smooth adoption and ongoing system usage.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in project management tools
Fluent in the English language

Flexible Work Schedule - Remote Work Option and Location:
This role has the flexibility of a full remote work option, with a preference for individuals local to a Copeland location reporting in hybrid. Our teams work together to ensure our chosen work schedules enable our creativity and productivity as we serve the needs of our customers.
Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. In accordance with Colorado EPEWA, the salary/pay range for this role is $82,406 - $194,170 USD commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
