Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, required. Master Degree preferred. Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) or equivalent certification, preferred. Minimum six (6) years’ experience and proven track record in project management in the field of mechanical product development, required. Demonstrated ability to inspire interdisciplinary teams and understand how they interact together. Focus on defining what needs to be done and bringing out the best in people. Demonstrated time management and organizational skills; must be able to organize all projects, track successes, and bring these successes to the next project. Excellent written and oral communication skills; proven ability to communicate complex situations in an easy-to-understand manner. Ability to develop in a creative and unconventional way. Experience in and ability to work in a multicultural environment. Ability to manage stakeholders from different levels. 40% domestic and international travel.
