Compensation: $60,000 -  $75,000/yr (Depending upon experience and qualifications)

 

ARB, Underground is looking for a Timekeeper to join our team in Lake Forest, CA.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Collect weekly Union & Admin timesheets from the field Utilize electronic time capture software to process payroll & Equipment time (B2W) Process makeup and layoff checks Order Equipment through Dispatch Order materials & provide Purchase Orders to Vendors Sort, scan and file timesheets, Purchase Orders and Receivers Code, approve and log third party invoices Process new hire paperwork Conduct weekly job audits Update progress and quantity trackers

Requirements:

Strong organizational skills Ability to multi-task Proficiency with Microsoft Excel High degree of accuracy and attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to travel on short notice across Southern California Variable working hours from 40 to 60 hours a week based on project schedule
