Timekeeper/Hourly Payroll Coordinator 

Education:

Must have post-secondary school degree or diploma, with completion of Finance/Accounting courses. University degree in Business is preferred. (Successful candidates will be required to provide proof of degree completion for the highest level of education attained.  If the degree was obtained from a school outside of Canada, an Education Credential Assessment report showing Canadian equivalency is also required.)

Experience:

Must have extensive experience in Microsoft Office Outlook and Excel applications.  Knowledge/experience in TWOS and CPARS systems, preferred.  Strong written/verbal communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

Under minimal supervision, following established procedures/processes, perform timekeeping/hourly payroll duties for Windsor Site, including analysis, reporting, reconciliation, investigation and resolution of payroll-related issues.Responsible for the timely processing of weekly L200 hourly payroll and follow up.Interface, regularly, with Site management, salaried supervision, L200 representatives and CHQ payroll department.  Report directly to Finance Team Manager.Responsible for monthly departmental Citibank FAB reconciliation, purchase order administration, records management and miscellaneous cheque processing.Must be available to work weekends/holidays, as required.Required to fulfill all job duties effectively, with reasonable training period provided.Complete miscellaneous assignments as required.
