The Timekeeping Associate is responsible for ensuring the time keeping system is properly maintained to ensure the accuracy of the data that will be used in the payroll feed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure the timekeeping system is properly maintained to ensure the accuracy of the data for the payroll feed.Enter Paid Time-Off and make adjustments for time missed by employees.Communicate with employees and supervisors to ensure exceptions are captured in the timekeeping system.Ensure the timeline for pay is adhered to.Make adjustments for Avaya issues (phones logged off) and employee issues (logged off by mistake).Follow-up with supervisors to ensure they have checked and approved their employees’ timecards.

Here’s what you’ll bring to the team:

Any Finance related field or its equivalentHigh School Diploma1 to 2 years of experience with Timekeeping/PayrollProficient in Kronos, Aspect, Avaya, Microsoft OfficeStrong organizational and time management skills
