MV Transportation is seeking a Mechanic C/ Tire Technician to inspect tires on all client vehicles, make tire repairs, and install new tires and wheels when necessary. Other job duties include performing tire rotation, balancing and other maintenance. You need to always follow all safety protocols while working

 

Duties include, but are not limited to the following:  

Inspect tires on vehicles before and after installationInspecting and assessing tire tread levels, wear patterns, valve quality, and overall healthRepairing punctures and replacing faulty valvesPerform tire rotations, balancing, and other maintenance tasksAddress any tire concernsFollow all safety protocols while working the shopAttention to detail to install tires properlyUsage of Tire Equipment and safety usageClean tire wheel Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety procedures in the shop. Perform weekly tasks and turn them in on due dateTrack all new tires replacements

Talent Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and random drug testing.Must be 21 years of age or older at the time of application submission.Commercial License Required

Starting pay rate: $29.06/hour
