Purpose:

A Business Analyst is essential for fulfilling the organization's reporting requirements with accuracy and efficiency. This position necessitates a combination of project management expertise, technical skills, and strong communication abilities. By effectively managing reporting projects, the Business Analyst enhances team capacity by undertaking project management and communication responsibilities, thereby enabling team members to focus on their primary duties. 

Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:

•    Manage analytics projects from planning to delivery. Gather requirements, ensure timely completion, and provide updates to leadership. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and communicate project progress effectively.
•    Develop and maintain effective reporting frameworks, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of reported data.
•    Employ Power BI to develop interactive and informative dashboards and reports, effectively utilizing its tools to present data in a meaningful and comprehensible manner.
•    Design, implement, and manage data pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable movement of data across systems. Ensure data integrity and security throughout the pipeline.
•    Implement best practices for data quality and validation. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
•    Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data analytics and project management.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? – We’d love to work with you if you have:

•    Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
•    Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analytics, with at least 3 years in a project management role.
•    Technical Skills: Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and other data visualization and reporting tools. Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data pipelines.
•    Project Management: Proven track record of managing analytics projects. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies 
•    Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
•    Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
•    Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Commitment to delivering high-quality work.
•    Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Flexibility to manage changing priorities and deadlines.
