We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager, Data Archiving & Surveillance to join our team. As a Senior Manager, Data Archiving & Surveillance, you will be assisting GTS IT team to support Trader Voice, and Compliance Voice Recording and Communication Surveillance platforms and associated technologies.

Expert in SIP and telecommunication technologies Trader and/or Enterprise Voice technology experience is a plus Voice and text communication recording technology experience is a plus Text and Voice Communication surveillance technology experience is a plus Understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Natural Language processing for unstructured data. Exposure to AI and NLP in structured data is good to have Expert in scripting (Python, PowerShell and other languages and platforms). Willing to learn quickly even if not exposed to scripting Good understanding of electronic communication technology: voice, video, text, email and enabling platforms: identity management, analytics and monitoring, API-based integration and capture/recording Understanding of a pure and hybrid SaaS architecture and integrations between SaaS and on-premise infrastructure. (One FTE should have the capability to architect or engineer new data source feeds and work with business and architecture boards for approval) Prior exposure to IPC, Cloud9, Webex, MS Teams, Verbs/VFC, Nice, Verint, Smarsh, Behavox, Shield, SteelEye, Global Relay are is a good to have Prior exposure to mobile application management in a corporate environment is a good to have Expert Spanish (written and spoken) skills along with English to support Latin American partners, is a plus Understanding of electronic communication regulatory and compliance requirements across USA, Canada, England, Ireland, Mexico, Peru, Colombia, Chile, Brazil and few regions in Asia Pacific is a plus
