Title: Software Engineer (Systems Programming / Google Cloud NetApp Volumes)
Job Summary Assists in the design, definition, development, and test of the cloud computing applications development. Collaborate with senior engineers to ensure that internal and external clients' needs are met. Design and validate test plan, test cases for new features to be released in product. Automate System / Functional test cases effectively which would save repeated manual testing efforts Simulate issues reported by customers and work with other team members for resolution of high priority customer issues Job Requirements Strong coding skills and knowledge of Data Structures Proficient with Go. Experience with Python / Java is added advantage. Hands-on Expertise in Container based technologies preferably Kubernetes & Dockers. Experienced with Cloud service APIs (e.g. AWS, Azure or GCP) Expertise in REST API design and implementation Thorough understanding of Linux or other Unix-like Operating System. Experience of CI build systems or automated testing Ensure timely and high-quality code in a fast-paced environment. Be willing to work on additional tasks and responsibilities that will contribute to product and company goals Highly knowledgeable in infrastructure like hypervisor, Cloud Storage and experience with cloud services including Databases, Caching, Object and Block Storage, Scaling, Load Balancers, Networking etc. Education Bachelor’s Degree/master’s degree in computer science is required. 5+ yrs. of relevant work experience Knowledge in building fault tolerant and high scale distributed architecture on one of the major cloud providers. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex technical information in clear and concise manner

Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 131,070 - 195,030 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package.
