The Headlines:   

In the role of Trade Marketing Manager-Central America working in San Pedro Sula, Honduras you will be part of the LATAM team. You will be responsible in bringing our brand strategies to life at the point of sale, developing relevant trade programs and tools according to the channel role and our portfolio strategy. You will also own, lead, and develop channel plans and all trade marketing initiatives across the full portfolio in Central America

 

This position reports to Sr. Manager Consumer Excellence and works closely with stakeholders within Molson Coors, external Agencies and our Partners.

 

 

The Responsibilities: 

You will lead and collaborate with different stakeholders in Molson Coors, Field Sales and Marketing and distributors to ensure we will have the right merchandising tools to bring marketing plans to life at retail. You will bring channel and shopper expertise, ensuring we elevate our presence throughout the Path to Purchase You will develop and execute all experiential programs as part of the brand campaigns You will identify gaps and opportunities to improve brand performance at retail (On & Off Premise)

 

The Other Qualifications: 

You are fully bilingual in English and Spanish You have a bachelor’s degree in marketing/finance OR equivalent experience (5-8 years) in the marketing with experience in high profile CPG brands You will have strong project management, selling and influential skills You have a deep understanding of how to interpret insights and apply them into the program development process You have experience collaborating with multifunctional teams (Sales and Marketing)  You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome   You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments   You have a thirst for learning – you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow   You exhibit our core values
