Title Administrator
Position Overview International has a great opportunity for a Title Administrator. International Financial Corporation provides financing of new and used truck, bus, tractor for International’s brand truck dealers, IC Bus dealers, and customers who purchase International products. The Title Administrator will be responsible for multiple duties in supporting the operations of the finance company. Customers include large fleets, medium fleets, and small operators. This position is cross-functional and works within multiple departments of the Financial Service Center, including Titles & Insurance, Scanning & Data Entry, Portfolio Management, and Customer Service. Additional departments and duties are also supported as necessary. Responsibilities Daily interaction with internal and external customers Fulfill Customer Service requests received via phone queue and/or shared inbox Monitor title queues and barter request system and take appropriate action Tasks related to the maintenance of NFC’s title portfolio Ensure the titles on loans and leases are properly documented and perfected Monitor receipt of original titles, follow and report on all missing titles Point of contact for title and insurance related inquiries and information requests Administrative tasks related to customer invoicing, document scanning, document filing and incoming/outgoing mail Promote continuous improvement in the department’s processes and practices Assist in internal and external audit process Verify insurance on loans/leases meets company requirements, follow for missing/expired/cancelled insurance, validate updated policies are scanned to the appropriate customer account Documentation of system process and procedures – ability to train others on best practice(s) Participation in UAT testing for system upgrades/improvements Work on project teams to implement and test new systems Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree At least 1 year of credit or collections experience OR Master’s degree OR At least 3 years of credit or collections experience Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. International Motors does not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status) Desired Skills 4+ years of finance experience including exposure to multiple duties across organizations Ability to stand, bend, and lift moderate weight to complete more physical aspects of position Strong analytical skills, business writing skills and proficiency with software programs including Microsoft Office Ability to work independently and within a team environment Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email with customers Knowledge of transportation industry and related credit policies and procedures Knowledge of finance and lease documentation, insurance and lien perfection Ability to adapt to and manage multiple projects as the same time Company Overview At International Motors, LLC* (“International”), we’ve never backed away from forging our own path.
