We are a leading staffing firm and our clients include some over the nation’s biggest companies. Our client has a need for a Title Curative Associate. This is a contract position; however it is not uncommon for assignments to transition into permanent positions with our client companies. Applicant must be eligible to work in the US for immediate opening.  For this opportunity, the successful candidate will be directly employed by Bartech Staffing as a W2 employee while providing services to our end client.

Your specific duties as a Title Curative Associate will include:        

Compensation (Range): 19.50  / hour Ability to work under a self-directed model with limited supervision Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external customers at all levels.

Job Requirements

As a Title Curative Associate you must represent our company well by being responsible, punctual and motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty. You must also be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of title searches, title examination and lien clearance in multiple states Ability to work in an accurate, detail-oriented and highly productive manner. Strong customer service skills and the ability to negotiate issues to resolution Prior work experience with a law firm, mortgage servicer or lender is preferred High School Diploma required, or Equivalent Work Experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and Outlook. Creative problem solving skills. Strong communication skills, verbal and written
