The team reviews real estate title documents to provide clear title reports and help identify individuals who should be served to collect delinquent property taxes. Title Examiners will be responsible for obtaining title examination materials, reviewing document information, and creating run sheets that serve as an index or abstract of all recorded documents affecting title to a tract of land for a given time period.
