Job Title Title IV E Program Coordinator Agency Texas A&M University - Central Texas Department Social Work Program Proposed Minimum Salary $3,750.00 monthly Job Location Killeen, Texas Job Type Staff Job Description The Title IV E Program Coordinator, under general supervision, works collaboratively with departmental leadership to plan, develop, and implement programs. This position is currently funded through Title IV-E of the Social Security Act, with the current contract set to end on August 31, 2025. Funding for this position is renewed annually each fiscal year and is non competitive. Texas A&M University Central Texas has been receiving these funds since 2016. Applicants must be authorized to work for any US employer. The department is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time. Responsibilities + Assists in establishing short and long term goals and strategic planning. + Collaborates with others to create expanded programs and enhance child welfare content in the curriculum. + Develops and maintains relationships with stakeholders, Department of Social Work Faculty, and Staff + Oversees daily fiscal and purchasing activities, and assists in preparation and monitoring of budgets for programs and events. + Plans, implements, and evaluates programs. + Prepares reports on program activities. + Develops and updates training materials and delivers training. + Recruits Title IV-E Stipend Students + Provides leadership for annual child welfare conference + Other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor’s degree in social work preferred. + Two years of program administration experience. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities + Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications. + Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others. + Verbal and written communication skills. Salary: $45,000 Hours: Monday - Friday; 8:00 am to 5pm; Night and weekends as needed. Work Location: This is not a remote position. The selected candidate will be required to work on campus.
