Position Summary: The Title Manager will play a critical role in ensuring accurate, efficient, and compliant titling processes for leased equipment and trailers. This position requires an expert in titling, capable of leading a team, optimizing workflows, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Key Responsibilities: Titling Operations Management: * Oversee all aspects of titling for equipment and trailers across multiple jurisdictions * Ensure compliance with all state and federal titling laws and regulations * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for titles, liens, and registrations Team Leadership: * Lead, train, and mentor a team of titling specialists to ensure high performance and professional growth * Establish and enforce team KPIs to meet departmental goals * Foster a collaborative and productive team environment Process Improvement: * Identify inefficiencies in the titling process and implement solutions to improve speed and accuracy * Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes, ensuring the company remains compliant * Develop and maintain relationships with DMV offices and other relevant agencies Customer Service & Support: * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and escalations related to titling * Provide expert guidance on complex titling issues
