What Will I be Doing?

The Supervisor Title Operations is responsible for general supervision of the team members and daily operations such as title processes, summary reports and data analysis of the services provided by the Title Operations team.

You are responsible for driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Maintains departmental daily and weekly reporting, team member tracking, updating organization charts, and processes maps for all title operations areas of responsibility. Assist Manager with communicating all department, company changes, process updates, promotions, and corporate announcements to team members during weekly, bi-weekly and or monthly meetings. Maintains oversight of day-to-day operations of title operations. Responsible for assigning workload to the team. Assists team members to ensure efficient flow of each area within the department while being able to identify production gaps and adjust ensure constant productivity. Provides leadership and training to all team members. Supervises team members, conducts monthly reviews, and assists with annual reviews. Assist Manager with the review of time sheets and attendance tracking. Assists with recruiting/hiring process, on-boarding, training, assignment, and setup of new team members. Collaborates and prepares the training of new hires and provide ongoing training to current team members on document creation, title searches review, document review, deed recordings, systems, and other department processes. Conducts monthly audits of completed tasks of Title Operations Agents to ensure team member is within the expected quality and production threshold. Coach and assists with performance management. Holds conversations with Team Members in an ongoing process, to ensure their understanding of the department’s processes for accuracy and efficiency. Delivers conversations for Progressive Disciplinary Action, when applicable. Professionally and timely respond to escalated items, identify root causes of the problem and present plan to Management on how to minimize these in the future. Ensures transfers or cancellations are process accurately and timely each week/month. Ensures positive work atmosphere. Maintains Policies and Procedures reference documents up to date. Embodies the Hilton Grand Vacations Values of Hospitality, Integrity, Leadership, Teamwork, Ownership, Now. Completes all required company trainings and compliance courses as assigned. Adheres to company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures. Other related duties as assigned.
