The T&R QC is responsible for coordinating customer vehicle purchases through the virtual process and ensuring all purchase and DMV paperwork is accurate and processed timely.

The Title and Registration QC reports to the Title and Registration QC Supervisor.

Responsibilities

Review consumer title and registration documents and verify accuracyPrint, prepare, audit, and upload required paperwork to complete vehicle purchasesBe comfortable working directly with customers when needed to resolve registration/title issuesCommunicate effectively with customers through chat, phone, and CRM/emailAnswer Customer questions regarding the Purchase paperworkReceive return documents and verify transaction accuracy and completion (trade-in, payoffs)Scan deal jacket to initiate vehicle payoffWork leads as assigned in AirtableFollow-up with T2 agent on any issues that need correction prior to purchaseDocument all processes in VinSolutions and Airtable to ensure quality trackingIdentify inefficiencies and pain points in existing workflows for customers and internal teams and clearly communicate how we can solve these issuesAdditional work and tasks as needed
