Job Summary/Description:  

21Alive News is seeking a Newscast Director to join our team. The right candidate will be a team player with a passion for putting on a quality show along with an excitement for working with others in a team atmosphere.

Responsibilities include directing daily newscasts at WPTA-TV, creating graphics, editing videos, Assisting Master Control, and working with the news department to produce our award-winning news product.

Please note - primary job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the information listed above 

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Candidates must have a strong technical knowledge of using software and hardware, good communication skills, and be able to work well with others.
- Experience directing newscasts or similar production experience is a plus.
