**Overview**
Rate: $18-21/hour
Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) is a non-invasive and medication free procedure that uses magnetic fields to gently stimulate nerve cells in the brain to improve symptoms of depression. Advocates is looking for a motivated individual who enjoys working in a team atmosphere to join as TMS Coordinator to provide patient coordination and treatment. Advocates operates in trauma informed approaches and is looking for individuals who share the same values that embody the Advocates way

**Minimum Education Required**
High School Diploma/GED
**Responsibilities**
+ Provide services in a trauma informed approach that embody the Advocates Way.
+ Successfully complete TMS training and demonstrate the ability to administer TMS treatments
+ Ensure patient safety during treatments by monitoring patient comfort and reactions to the treatment, managing any discomfort, and making adjustments to improve tolerance and overall experience.
+ Provide educational consultations to people interested in TMS services and gather information to assist with the screening process.
+ Manage Administrative Tasks such as scheduling, reporting data, and handling records in compliance with HIPPA
+ Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records, documenting treatment progress and any issues.
+ Work with payers to secure prior authorizations for treatment.
+ Demonstrate the ability to follow established treatments and office procedures
+ Has the ability to work on a team professionally with medication providers and other staff
+ Demonstrate a proactive commitment to maintaining effective communication with members of the persons identified team to facilitate collaborative care.
+ Participate in ongoing training and education on TMS advancements and best practices.
+ Attends and actively participates in supervision and staff meetings.
**Qualifications**
+ High school diploma with experience in the human service field.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skill, including documentation abilities.
+ Intuitive, client-centered, supportive approach.
+ Ability to thrive in an independent role while offering and receiving team support.
+ Must hold a valid driver's license and access to an operational and insured vehicle.
+ Strongly prefer a candidate that will have a demonstrated understanding of and competence in serving culturally diverse populations.
