Burlington Stores is a nationally recognized retailer of high quality, branded merchandise at everyday low prices, with over 1000 stores in 45 states and Puerto Rico and we are in search of a TMS (Transportation Management System) Support Compliance Coordinator to be a part of our growth. As an off-price retailer, we generate more than $9B in sales through our nationwide network of stores.
Our Coordinator is the primary point of contact for the vendor community providing support and training on Burlington Stores TMS (Transportation Management System) and will also utilize vendor compliance reporting to improve the quality of vendor routing compliance for more quality load planning.
A Day in the Life
Support vendors through the process of working in the TMS system, answering questions and resolving issues in the TMS Support Mailbox on a rotating basis, and providing tools to allow them to properly route their merchandise. Work with Vendor Onboarding team to coordinate vendor set up in TMS system.Maintain and update facility contacts in the TMS portal via vendor requests and system generated lists. Provide monthly TMS group training for new vendors via Microsoft Teams. Provide one-on-one training and re-training as needed to vendors to work through any challenges with utilizing TMS. Monthly effort to enter vendor compliance data into Traverse tracking database. Data will be provided by management and expectation will be to have entry completed within five business days.Analyze compliance reporting data that was entered from the monthly reporting in conjunction with historical data already entered into Traverse to determine which vendors require re-training, and reach out to vendors to set up training meetings. Expectation will be to engage with a minimum of 25 vendors via email and/or meetings per month. Participate in the maintenance of all TMS documents including TMS user guides, training presentations, training video, and internal SOP.
