An MBA or equivalent is helpfulRelevant Investment Banking (corporate finance/MA) experience is requiredNear Native level in Japanese, and business level of English; ability to communicate effectively in additional languages is helpfulHigh level of analytical and modelling skillsKnowledge of basic accounting and financial concepts; ability to analyze and value businessesA positive, highly motivated individual who exhibits strong leadership and management qualitiesStrong understanding of professional ethics and regulatory environmentDemonstrate best in class professional integrityExcellent oral and written communication skills are essentialSolid work ethic and demonstrated commitment to excellenceCommitted to delivery of highest quality work product; attention to detailProactive; self-motivated and goal oriented with first class organizational skillsAbility to effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
