Overview
We have multiple immediate openings for Full-Time 1st Shift Shipping/Distribution Associates for distribution to ensure a quality experience for our customers. We are looking for team players who have flexibility to move where needed and can perform in a variety of roles. Don't have experience? No problem! We'll train you!
Our 1st Shift schedule works Monday - Friday and some Saturdays 4:30 am/6:30 am - 3:00 pm
Great Starting Pay at $14.40/Hr and Up DOELongevity Bonus (5 Yrs/$5000, 10 Yrs/$10,000, 15 Yrs/$15,000, etc.) Company Profit Sharing (After 6 Mo of F/T Employment)First Pay Review After 6 MonthsMonthly voucher equal to $100/month value - $1200/year towards free company products including items such as soap, shampoo, laundry products, household cleaning products, and personal care products

Responsible for performing a variety of shipping and distribution tasks in a fast paced environment including order selection (picking), visual inspection and auditing for accuracy, packing and shipping products for customer orders. Our associates are vital to achieving our high product quality and customer service expectations.
Qualifications
Dependability with exceptional attendance and punctuality.Ability to read, write, and follow established operational procedures.Ability to perform basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, etc.).Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment on a prolonged basis while maintaining safety and quality.Ability to stand or walk for duration of shift.Ability to lift a minimum of 35 lbs. regularly and consistently over duration of shift.Manual dexterity for such duties as collating, sorting, filling, toting, etc.Ability to pull, stretch, bend, and lift regularly and consistently over duration of shift.Ability to climb stairs.Why Melaleuca
