Purpose: We are looking to provide a learning opportunity for individuals delivering timely, sustainable output for Technical Services Team. The trainee will work under supervision of the Technical Services - Utilities & HVAC Systems team, Understanding and collaborate with other functions of Technical Services team in the company to provide appropriate and timely output. Key Responsibilities: You will be required to: Perform daily operation and maintenance of Utility plant and utilities services. Provide reliable plant utilities services of heating, cooling, steam and air by involving in operation and maintenance activities on plant facilities and utility systems. Determine work priorities, scheduling repair / maintenance of equipment for plant facilities and utilities services. Implement and Improve preventive maintenance programs by reviewing operations, quality control and maintenance reports and statistics with operational standards / cGMP for plant facilities and utilities services. Contribute to continuous improvement by providing recommendation and initiative to promote sustainability. Actively seek improvements to systems and processes through continuous improvement, streamlining and simplification. Provide support to new changes to systems and commissioning activities. To be able to assess and manage spare parts for Utilities Systems. Involve in problem solving sessions to identify the root cause of system issues. Participate in qualification of gmp areas (cleanrooms). You will be able to learn : Process Design Learning of Utilities Systems. HVAC - Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning, Clean Utilities (Compressed Gases, Purified Water, Water for Injection & Pure Steam Systems) and Black Utilities Systems (Chillers, Boiler, Air Compressors, Neutralization package). Spare Part Management & Maintenance Work Order Portfolio in SAP. Continuous Improvement frame work. Skills: Business Skills and Competencies Educational background –Mechanical / Chemical Engineering (Diploma) Proficient in use of IT and software/systems, ideally document management and database systems Behavioural Skills and Competencies Strong written and oral communication skills Flexible with self-reliance to work in an empowered environment Awareness and ability to work within culturally diverse teams Demonstrated ability to take initiative, think and work independently, and problem-solve Strong drive for performance and attention to details A keen interest to learn and a passion for knowledge enhancement Where will I be based?
