We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Tool Analyst to join our TIG group in Jupiter, FL.

Position Overview:
As a Tool Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of engine assembly and disassembly tooling processes. You will be responsible for coordinating, reviewing, and tracking tooling activities, while maintaining high standards of documentation and tool management.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate Tooling Activities: Oversee the coordination, review, disposition, and tracking of engine assembly and disassembly tooling to ensure timely and accurate operations.

Documentation & Reporting: Utilize Systems, Applications, and Products (SAP) software to document tool transactions and prepare deliverable metrics and reports. Maintain comprehensive records through standard work document forms.

Tool Calibration Management: Manage the scheduling and execution of tool calibration to ensure compliance with required standards and timelines.

Visual Tool Inspections: Conduct visual inspections of tools to assess their condition and configuration against tool drawings, ensuring completeness and adherence to specifications.

Process Documentation: Handle paperwork for tool revisions, repairs, and modifications, ensuring all changes are accurately documented and processed.

Inventory & Audits: Perform regular inventory checks and audits of tools to maintain accurate stock levels and identify any discrepancies.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in tool management, preferably within an aerospace or defense setting.

Proficiency in SAP software and standard documentation practices.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform visual inspections and manage tool calibration.

Excellent organizational skills with experience in inventory management and audit processes.

Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Must be a US Person due to ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) restrictions.
