Job Title: Tool Crib Technician

Summary
Assist in the everyday operations of the Maintenance Department and perform all normal duties of the maintenance clerk and support assistant. This individual is responsible to coordinate the purchasing of all maintenance items, maintain all forms, records and files, assist the Maintenance Manager and maintenance employees in any job deemed necessary
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Investigate and order maintenance parts. Investigate work orders, call for service for forklifts, dock, doors. Work with vendors to make sure work orders and invoices are correct. Write up purchase orders and coordinate invoicing with accounting and the SAP system. Locate repair shops for specific repair. Assist vendors with various assignments. Review, update and file ISO records. Maintain machine files and add updates. Inventory, reorder and stock maintenance parts. Complete Req's and follow through with ordering/pricing. Update spreadsheets as needed. Create Capital & Opex orders. Make packing slips for repairs needed to be sent out. Maintain maintenance parts area. Work order completions. Assist Facility/Project Manager. Assist maintenance employees. Maintain maintenance data base information. Assist on committees as needed

Qualifications Physical Demands
Education & Experience A High School Diploma or GED required
3 – 5 years related experience. Associate degree preferred General Office environment 35%
Language Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills required Manufacturing environment 65%
Mathematical Skills Basic mathematical knowledge Travel –position requires travel at 0%
Reasoning Ability Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner ______________________________________
Computer Skills Must be proficient in MS word, Excel, Power Point and Internet.
