Responsibilities:

Tooling and equipment engineering & design. Operational support including existing improvements and new product development. Oversee assembly of new equipment, support prototypes, and lead or assist in stage gate approach Train and develop manufacturing facility crews and evaluate potential patent and benchmarking opportunities.

Competencies

Effective presentation and communication of technical material with in-depth mechanical background, with hands-on understanding of machining practices and equipment and operations design. Strong project management skills
