Summary (About this Position):

We are currently looking for a skilled trades Tool & Die Maker for our Warren, Ohio Manufacturing Operations

Responsibilities:

Troubleshooting – determining causes of operating errors and deciding the resolutionVerify dimensions, alignments and clearances of finished parts for conformance to specifications, using measuring instruments such as calipers, gauge blocks, micrometers, and dial indicatorsSet up and operate lathes, milling machines and grindersLift, position and secure machined parts on surface plates or worktables, using hoists, vises, and angle platesFit and assemble parts to make repairsMaintain die and moldsRead blueprints and technical drawings

Must Haves (i.e. Basic Qualifications):

State approved apprentice certificate and required documentation to support 8 years or 16,000 hours working as a tool & die makerDocumented work historyAbility to work any shift and/or shift pattern, including weekendsReferences upon request
