Job Description
The Tool Grinder is responsible for tooling to manufacturer or customer specifications, ensuring cost-effective solutions and understanding each customer's job application to ensure tools are made correctly. The individual is expected to exhibit, recruit, and coach associates consistent with Core Behaviors, and promote a culture of safety.

Work Environment
The working conditions are good, though the environment may be slightly dirty or involve occasional exposure to elements. Work is generally performed during traditional working hours, Monday through Friday, with potential changes to include some weekends or evenings. The employee is regularly required to speak and understand English, stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands and arms. The employee frequently lifts and/or moves up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to clearly focus.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of O Fallon, Missouri.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00
