Job Description:
Prepares tools necessary to produce, according to the specifications requested.
Reads and interprets plans to define what characteristics the person who designed the tool wants
Cut the material from which the requested part will be manufactured.
Carry out the cutting of the material in the milling machine, there it makes a square of the piece approximately to the size.
Grind the piece (precision square).
Carry out the machining processes required in the plane.
Determines, using measuring devices, the final specific measurements of the piece.
In the case of pieces with cylindrical shapes, follow the same procedure, but use the lathe instead of the milling machine.
Performs maintenance, when needed, on plastic injection machinery.
Job Requirements:
Machinery and Tools Technician, Related Career.
Knowledge of measurement systems, handling of machinery for tool manufacturing and basic knowledge of steel.
Minimum experience of 3 years.
