We are committed to providing an inclusive and supportive environment where everyone can thrive and contribute to our mission of enhancing the world's strength, safety, and intelligence. **Responsibilities:** + Works with verbal instructions and mechanical aptitude to disassemble clean, maintain and repair injection molding tooling. + Use of a crane, forklift and power pallet jack to move, open and disassemble/reassemble 3000lbs molds. + Recognizes and solves typical problems that can occur in own work area without supervisory approval. + Selects solutions from established operating procedures. + Ensure flawless operation of molds to meet production targets. **Requirements:** + Working knowledge and shown experience working with all required tooling shop equipment: surface grinder, lathe, vertical mill, drill press, band saw, etc. + Strong technical knowledge of mold maintenance and repair + Ability to successfully implement mold adjustments and modifications + Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills + Attention to detail and a commitment to producing world-class products If you are a motivated and skilled professional looking to take your career to the next level, join us at Fortive Corporation.
