Responsibilities:

Works with verbal instructions and mechanical aptitude to disassemble clean, maintain and repair injection molding tooling.Use of a crane, forklift and power pallet jack to move, open and disassemble/reassemble 3000lbs molds.Recognizes and solves typical problems that can occur in own work area without supervisory approval.Selects solutions from established operating procedures.Ensure flawless operation of molds to meet production targets.

Requirements:

Working knowledge and shown experience working with all required tooling shop equipment: surface grinder, lathe, vertical mill, drill press, band saw, etc.Strong technical knowledge of mold maintenance and repairAbility to successfully implement mold adjustments and modificationsExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsAttention to detail and a commitment to producing world-class products
