Tool Maker – Colorado Springs, CO  

Operations Manager  

The Tool Maker will play a crucial role in our world-class Prototyping/Model Shop and Tool Room. The primary responsibilities include fabricating a diverse range of expendable machine tooling, assembly and machining fixtures, prototype parts, inspection gauges, and low-volume production parts. This work will utilize manual and CNC mills and lathes, EDM machines, surface grinders, hydraulic presses, as well as soldering and brazing techniques. The Tool Maker is accountable for complete set-up, programming, and operation of equipment, as well as ensuring the metrology and quality of the fabricated products.

Education:

10 years of related experience with a 2-year Machining Technology Degree

Compensation:

This range is provided by Allegion. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.  

The hourly range $23.56 - $41.68. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
