JOB SUMMARY: Placement of diamonds into a mold, according to company's blueprint specifications. Applies different types of setting methods, based on type of roll to be manufactured. Setting methods include: Plated & sintered product. JOB RESPONSIBILITY: • Works from a blue print. • Places diamonds into a mold as specified. • Weighs and sorts diamonds. • Performs own inspections. • Adheres to all safety requirements. • Assures tools are in clean and proper condition for usage. • Maintains clean and orderly work area • Performs tasks as requested by Manager/supervisor • Adheres to the Quality Policy and Standard Operating Procedures.
