The Tooling Material Analyst collaborates with cross functional teams to efficiently and accurately complete launch capital and tooling requisitions and purchase orders.

Responsibilities

Create requisitions for Launch Capital Equipment and Launch Tooling. Create purchase orders for Launch Capital Equipment and Launch Tooling.  Collaborate with cross functional teams; program managers, corporate buyers, plant buyers, program controllers, and AME’s. Complete DSSI requisitions for Launch Tooling and Capital Support special projects as needed; customs audit, negative receipts, GRIR closure, etc... Backfill to order Customer owned Tool Tags Create requisitions and purchase orders for miscellaneous requests; equipment prove out parts, IT, Corporate, and Innovation. Utilize Global BPM, One BPM, One SRM, QAD, DSSI, Microsoft TEAMS, Outlook, and ROSE. Create and maintain work instructions to train others as needed.

Qualifications

High School Diploma 2+ years’ experience in a related field and experience in the automotive industry and manufacturing a plus.
