Role Purpose
 

The Tooling Technician provides excellent support to the Tooling area, repairing high tolerance molds, provide solutions to repair molds by himself, decision making.

Corrective Mold Maintenance  High Tolerance Mold Repair  Mold Construction (Cavities, Cores, Inserts, etc.)  Mold preventive maintenance  EC Implementation  Mold Insert Change  New Mold Check list  Electrical and Hydraulic mold maintenance  Electrical and Hydraulic mold repair   Handling of precision tools
 

Experience / Education Required
 

Associates Degree in technical field or strong Math/Science background and experiences Strong mechanical aptitude Reads blueprints and/or drawings Other technician and/or operator roles that lead to a better understanding of the equipment and processes
